I just had a wonderful couple of weeks.

The last couple of weeks have been amazing. They started off with a writers retreat in beautiful Seward Alaska. The Alaska Chapter of Romance Writers met at a cute little bed and breakfast there and had a weekend filled with brainstorming stories, writing a crazy round robin, eating, sleeping, chatting, and most of all, laughing. They are a fabulously talented group of women.

Then, it was off to Minnesota to visit a GOLDEN HEART winning friend of mine and attend a writing conference. Along with two other writers from Alaska, we visited Dawson Minnesota (Gnome Capital of the World) The Mall of America (OMG is it big) The Midwest Fiction Writers Fall Conference (With the incomparable Cherry Adair) and had a wonderful cookout with my friend's family.

Now I'm back home, rearing and ready to write!
